What is Together Making Changes?
Together Making Changes is TMC’s 501(c)(3) charitable organization created to channel our team’s passion for service into meaningful programs and partnerships. Through time, talent, and treasure, this initiative helps support residents, patients, and communities across the country. To date, Together Making Changes has generated more than $1.8 million in support of worthy organizations.

Together Making Changes not only strengthens the communities we serve, it also unites our TMC family with a shared purpose. By giving time, talent, and treasure, team members experience deeper engagement, stronger connections, and the fulfillment that comes from making a real difference.
Our 2025 Initiative: Alzheimer's Association
For 2025, Together Making Changes is proud to focus our efforts on the Alzheimer’s Association, a leading organization dedicated to ending Alzheimer’s disease and all other dementia. Our support will help advance global research, promote early detection, and enhance quality care and support for individuals and families.
